Apple Vacations Royalties Program

Apple Vacations' Travel Agent Cafe, our Travel Agent Only resource website is your Apple Vacations "toolbox". This site is designed just for you, our travel agent partners, and includes virtually everything you need to grow your business with Apple Vacations. The Travel Agent Cafe' can be accessed by going to www.travelagentcafe.com. Your login is your IATA # 31823643.

Apple Vacations RoyaltiesProgram
Apple Vacations Royalties Program is a travel agent loyalty reward program. Each time you make an Apple Vacations booking, you earn valuable royalties points which can be redeemed for merchandise, travel or travel services for you or your clients. Royalties points are extremely valuable and part of Apple Vacations' compensation package to travel agents who sell our products and services. Once you've registered with Apple Vacations' Royalties Program and been assigned a royalties number, your name and royalties number will automatically appear in the agent name drop down box in myappleonline so you will no longer need to make bookings under "New Agent". Here's how to register:

Once you've logged into the Travel Agent Cafe, to obtain a Royalties number:

  • Click on "The Benefits"
  • Click on Royalties Rewards Program, when the next window appears, click on: To register for the program please click here.
  • Complete the online Membership Sign up form. At the top of the form, please indicate that the royalties points will be accumulated by "individual agent".(Please put the agency's address, telephone number and fax number and at the bottom of the form and check "Corporation" for Type of Business.
  • Submit


Your royalties number will be issued and you will receive an email notifying you. If you have any questions or problems please contact our royalties department:

Ordering Apple Vacations Brochures
From the Travel Agent Cafe' you are able to order Apple Vacations brochures which will be sent directly to you, by doing the following:

  • Click on "Helping You Sell"
  • Click on your region in the drop box next to the "Order Brochures" from the menu on the right
  • Apple Vacations Print On Demand Online Ordering page will appear. Please sign-in to this page by clicking on the "Sign In" link at the top of the page. To sign in, you'll need to put your IATA number (31823643) in twice - once as your ID and again as your Password.
  • When the page refreshes, click on Free Brochures & Postcards from the menu on the left.
  • Scroll down and order the brochures in the quantities that you need adding each to your shopping basket.
  • When you have added all of the brochures that you want, click on "check out"
  • Under the SHIPPING INFORMATION at the top of the check out screen, make sure you change the default address to YOUR address. Leave the rest of the screen (information under billing info etc) the same. (There is no charge for brochures)
  • Double check the shipping address information on the CONFIRM ORDER page and then click on CONFIRM ORDER.


Identifying Gateways where Apple Vacations offers charter/value flights
From the Travel Agent Cafe main menu on the left

  • Click on "What's on Sale"
  • Click on "Flight Schedule" from the menu on the right
  • Click on the drop down box labeled "Choose Your Departure City"
  • The list of cities that appear in that drop down box are the cities from which Apple Vacations currently offers additional charter/value flights. (Apple Vacations offers scheduled air service from virtually every US gateway.)

  • Click on "Contact Us"
  • Select your State from the drop down box from the menu on the right
  • A menu of contacts will appear on your screen.
